ABOUT
MARY
Sometimes
we all need to slow down and enjoy life. My
desire for a slower pace and higher quality of life
brought me to beautiful Lake Gaston.
With
over 350 miles of shoreline, Lake Gaston
offers a variety of subdivisions ranging from unique
architecturally built homes to bluff-top lots with
breathtaking views. I offer a discriminating
list of premier waterfront properties.
My broad knowledge base will ensure that I can
negotiate the best price on your behalf. I
have made it my business to know my luxury home
market on Lake Gaston so I won't waste your
time. Time is money.
As
a Southern born and bred North Carolinian native, I
was quite happy to return to my roots. Forget
taxi drivers and 90 mph freeways in the city!
The only detour in Eastern North Carolina may be a
slow moving tractor or lumber truck. But who's
rushing anymore?
My
professional real estate expertise includes four
years of commercial real estate practice in Dallas,
Texas. When I returned to North Carolina in
1999 I associated myself with Coldwell Banker or
better known as Howard Perry & Walston in Raleigh.
I migrated to Lake Gaston in 2003. Since then
I've acquired my ABR (Accredited Buyer's
Representative) designation as well as my
CLHMS
(Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist).
I'm
proud of my designations because they have equipped
me with the knowledge to better serve my buyers,
sellers and investors like you. My education
never stops, and even now I am working on my CRS
(Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
My
clients demand the top representation possible when
procuring property or a second home on Lake Gaston.
I believe I possess all these skills and can boldly
ask you to choose me. There is a difference in
Realtors on Lake Gaston and you deserve the best!
If
you want to make beautiful Lake Gaston your summer
playground, weekend getaway or destination for your
dream home, then contact me at one of my numbers day
or night.
We'll
have fun, and in the process, we will find the
luxury home of your dreams!
Gracious living really does begin on Lake
Gaston.....
